Family member from Australia presented by ambulance with a broken arm, X rated and advised to get home asap to have ct scan and consult surgeon. Despite having insurance information, and surely knowing the process, didn't provide medical report to share with insurance, then when asked by insurance to provide, to be told a day later, records department doesn't open for three days and reception closes soon!! Expected to wait around for three days, probably submit a request to get the report, wait to get the report and maybe kn... read more

Serves a community of 4,500 residents, 10,000 people with 30 km, plus 5,000 part-timers, it has excellent service, and STARS helicopter emergency lift to Calgary. Excellent staff and doctors.
