All round amazing help from the emergency services in bc, from the call operator helping me intersect with the ambulance to the paramedics getting my sister to the Invermere hospital quickly and safely and the help from all the nurses and doctors was great. Very thankful for everyone who helped my sister

Been here three times. Everyone is rude. The place is empty. Been waiting 5 hours. Honestly the worst hospital I've tried to attend.

Family member from Australia presented by ambulance with a broken arm, X rated and advised to get home asap to have ct scan and consult surgeon. Despite having insurance information, and surely knowing the process, didn't provide medical report to share with insurance, then when asked by insurance to provide, to be told a day later, records department doesn't open for three days and reception closes soon!! Expected to wait around for three days, probably submit a request to get the report, wait to get the report and maybe kn... read more

Serves a community of 4,500 residents, 10,000 people with 30 km, plus 5,000 part-timers, it has excellent service, and STARS helicopter emergency lift to Calgary. Excellent staff and doctors.
