replies are very slow. mechanic was always out on the road or out of reach making excuses that the price cannot be estimated without him. also no credit card was accepted here. only cash or bank transfers. and they tell you the price at the end before you pick up the car...
We dealt with Inverloch Mechanical as a supplier rather than a customer. When there was a warranty issue with a product we supplied to the business (which we fully rectified at our cost, as any reasonable business would) we soon saw the real side of Steve and his wife, and it wasn't pleasant. The "good aussie bloke" façade quickly made way for nasty interactions, impatience, unanswered phone calls, claims of not receiving communications on their "yahoo" email address and more.
