Sarah is the most patient and effective Myotherapist I have encountered. I see her regularly and am always better after a treatment. Highly recommended
I went to see Sarah to help me with some complex lower back issues and general muscle fatigue prior to attending the AFL Masters National Carnival in Adelaide in October 2022. I had two sessions 5 days apart and then drove ten hours to Adelaide (Not ideal). I played 3 full matches (ruck rover) over 6 days with very little pain that was associated to the areas that Sarah had treated. Excellent Pilates classes that meet all my needs. Myotherapy massages that are given are so good alway meet my needs as well.
