We could not fault the work or customer service! 10/10! Out of hours drop off was seamless, the process for our insurance claim via an online portal was easy, the communication and advice was top rate. Our vehicle was returned in immaculate condition inside and out. Should we need smash repair in the future Inverell Smash repairs would be our first choice… even if it is 150 km away! Well worth the drive for the result!

OMG! Picked up my car and looks brand new. Cant tell it was ever smashed at all. Not only that, the job finished within a couple of weeks way before expected. And to top it off these guys did me a favour and dropped it off at local mechanic for a service. Everytime I spoke to Darell she was nothing but friendly and helpful.
