Wow, very nice experience. The 32 degree pool was beautiful, especially on a freezing cold day. Facilities were clean and the staff upon entry were very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to coming back.
I have attended the new aquatic centre 3 times now to complete my physiotherapy in the therapy pool which I have been advised has been set in the mid 30’s temperature wise. While during yesterday visit it was warmer than past visits, within five minutes it was cold and definitely not at the advertised mid 30’s temperature. I am moving more than most and I was still cold. What a great swimming facility, friendly helpful staff & lovely clean facilities. Ease of access for all folks with mobility issues with ramps & lifts available. This is such asset to the town , well done to all who made this possible .
