Have tried to get in multiple times in the last 18 months since moving to Inverell and not taking new patients
They need a new system with appointments. When scheduling, they tell a time and date but when you come at the time scheduled, it was somehow yesterday. No calls, No emails telling you when your appointment. Even with having over 8000 patients, its common practice to at least get the appointments right. Missed appointments are over $100 when its not even your fault.
Amazing experience here. Everyone is lovely. Especially Dr. McIntyre. She is very professional and nice.
Great staff. Always friendly and helpful. They make you feel part of the family even though they are always busy.
