This time took over 4 to 5 weeks to get an appointment with a nurse over a pretty serious matter, always taking too long to get an appointment and when I do latley its always been with a nurse
Walked in as casual but they refused to provide service. Why do you advertised casual walk in and charge extra fee when you can't cater for casual walk in. Please remove casual fee and advertising from your website as this is miss leading, will also complian with the advertising board on NZ.
Frustrating; rang for Dr visit, was refereed to a nurse by reception. The consult was on time late AM, the nurse very thorough with checks who consulted a nurse practitioner, also very thorough. Was prescribed meds to assist condition, advised script sent to pharmacy to collect. Knowing people are busy we waited an hour in town as are located rural to save having come all way back. Rang pharmacy before leaving town who could not find of any script sent. Called IMC back, reception said would give NP an 'urgent note' adding NP... read more
If I could give them zero stars I would...... The treatment I received from Invercargill Medical has been disgusting. The doc I last seen was more interested in staring at his computer screen and chewing gum to take a interest in my issues. My medication was changed without my knowledge and blood results I had recently revealed I had relapsed with a previous serious condition and all I got was a txt message that they didn't even bother to use proper grammer in and then even more disturbing is on the app they use they have no... read more
