Couldn't even get an appointment or antibiotics, no real help given stay away no wonder or health systems is so bad
We currently have no doctor. Rang to try to get in to see someone re chest cold symptoms of my son that were lingering. Not interested. We did'nt meet criteria. Was even more than willing to pay the $130-00 fee. Dunedin urgent doctors runs rings around this place. They were brillant and anyone can go. Highly frustrating.
Excellent service. Caring staff offering quality patient centered care. Thank you for being there when I required medical intervention.
