Awesome Service Dept
This is a clean and orderly shop. However, the level of interest and support for electric vehicles is very low. While my car was in warranty I was repeatedly told there was no problem with the low level of charge in the battery. Now, I am told that this is a very serious problem, with a repair cost far exceeding the car's value. Very disappointing. I was going to buy a new Ford EV. Major second thoughts.

DO NOT COME HERE. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. SEE WHAT HAPPENED TO ME. Update 2/8/24: My check engine light came on again and the same problem that happened with the fuel gauge and system codes P0453 and P0463 have returned after paying $1,000 to fix the problem. I spent a $1,000 only to still have the same issues. Then they have so sense of urgency to resolve the problem except adding you to the schedule per the Service Manager (David?).
