I reached out to their customer service, and their only solution was for me to bring them back for an exchange. I had a very pleasant experience with this business. They were quick in responding to my email inquiry. I called before going out of my way to pick it up, Mark was super helpful and answered all of my questions in making sure the kitchen sink I'm getting is a good fit for our space. He even offered more suggestions when I went to pick up the sink regarding installation. Super helpful and I really appreciate the friendly service.
