No options for zero stars. When a company says sign the confidentiality agreement and then pay for the patent search, $235, you would think invent help is doing the search. Not so, in fact they send it to an attorney from a different company, then that company sends it to a firm who will have someone do the search. I asked Alonso to cancel and after trying to get me to not cancel he finally said he would. He ended completing the charge and now I'm going through the dispute process.
