You are in great hands with Inv Group. I lived with them for two years and only left due to leaving the area. I appreciate their staff who worked hard to meet needs and keep the place in clean and working condition. They also have great communication as we always had instructions for dealing with adverse weather conditions.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT renting with Inv Group. While they may appear friendly and accommodating at first, my experience was very disappointing. Despite leaving my unit in excellent condition, they withheld a large portion of the security deposit. They do this in an attempt to target and milk unsuspecting college students who do not want to make the effort to go to court. INV Group is by far the worst property management company I’ve encountered. They are disorganized, unprofessional, and show little respect for tenants. Communication is poor, their attitude is condescending, and dealing with them was nothing but stressful. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

This place is run by slumlords who care only about squeezing money out of tenants. At move-out, our landlord verbally harassed us. They failed to comply with their own lease requirements, and we are now going to have to pursue them in small claims court for our security deposit. They target college renters, hoping no one will fight back, and are blatantly disrespectful simply because they’re dealing with students. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere, this company is incompetent, unprofessional, and predatory.
