Felt so much better from the first session as a first timer regarding Bowen therapy. Very relaxing and welcoming environment. Would highly recommend to anyone that is a bit unsure trying Bowen for their first time.

I decided to try EFT as Michelle explained some of the benefits, so I thought I would try it. I had heard about it but wasn't sure really what it was. I have been suffering for a year or so with serious neck, shoulder and back pain. I had also been recently diagnosed with filbromyalga. I've been seeing Michelle for difficulties with my movement and function (muscles and nerves) and I'm amazed at how gentle and small the movements are, yet it's so effective. I do feel better. Michelle makes you feel very welcome and comfortable. I have been having Bowen for almost 2 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend.
