I went to Intune Sports for a lactate threshold test. Professional & supportive environment and fast to get results post session. Thank you also for the help with my running technique and for your advice re training zones. Highly recommend!
Really good experience, I had lactate threshold tests done. Brodie is very friendly, easy to talk to and knowledgeable, he explained things to me in an easy to understand manner. I would definitely recommend Intune Sports to anyone.
Highly recommend Intune Sports! I have had sciatic pain for 3 years now and in December 2020 it affected my lumbar back and neck. After seeing Kate over the years for remedial massage and dry needling, I had high regards for Intune sports and booked in to see Tanya as a physio. Tanya helped to relieve the pain and gave me a chiropractic referral as well. Highly recommend Tanya as a physio. She has been great in communicating with me my key issues, the path to resolution and setting goals for each phase of the rehab. She gave me confidence I can return to the sports I loved and I am well on my way!
