I had a terrible experience here, really bad service. Had my car's water pump and reservoir replaced here, the problem got significantly worse. What was originally a minor leak turned into a steady drip. The engine compartment is full of coolant. I have no idea how much damage has been made.Despite the 1 yr warranty(actually I didn’t use this car much, only drove 7000-8000km), the water pump failed just over a year later—clearly indicating poor-quality parts or shoddy workmanship. Absolutely phenomenal experience, Jackie is an absolute legend and is one of the most honest mechanics I've ever met, I had to book my car in at a short notice for some urgent repairs with a deadline of a date I need the car back as I was about to make a drive all the way to Cairns QLD, He finished the work in record time and was super professional about the whole thing, He keeps you well informed and documents all work done with photos and sends them straight to you. 5 stars all day everyday!!
