I'm a in home health aid, and on July 24 my client had a very important Dr appointment. We were scheduled to be Picked up @ 10:10. Nedless to say. They said they were running late. And should be here soon. Later they called to say that the driver was running late and would be there for us at a much later time. Which would of made my client miss her appointment. Was very pleased at the service received when calling this company to transport a friend to her cancer treatment. They called to let me know the doctor had sent her to the hospital and where I could find her. They were thoughtful and kind. Highly recommend their service.
