Jennifer Madere came across as very cold-hearted while I tried getting help for severe trauma. She would use very personal, tragic experiences against me. I tried talking about how I felt when she would twist things around but she never was upfront & would avoid answering questions so I never had any resolution. She even -round aboutly - said she did not believe me. I do not recommend Jennifer Madere for severe, complex trauma. She caused more trauma instead of helping. Highly unprofessional, do not come here.
Very unprofessional, and sometimes downright rude, therapists who didn't listen and wound up making problems worse.
