Went to get my IUD replaced in November and they somehow FORGOT about the first IUD and just put a second one in. They then decided rather than telling me calling me with a “routine follow up call” even though the doctor admit that was actually them trying to see if I was okay because they severely messed up. They failed to even tell me they couldn’t find the first IUD when my boyfriend who was in the room during the procedure asked them if they took the first one out. Dr Rezvina and her staff are amazing! They showed me so much kindness and compassion at a very vulnerable time when I was very much in need of a gynecologist. I can not express my gratitude enough.
The first thing she said when I walked in was "ew what's wrong with your face" pointing out my acne, then spent 30 minutes trying to sell me a skin care line. No one should talk to anyone like that nor make patients feel the way she made me feel. I will not be going back.
Dr Rezvina is the best of the best. She has saved my life, not once but twice, after child birth. I truly trust her and ability whole heartedly. I remember she sat me down and told me she could do ANYTHING the big wig docs can do from Philly - and I cannot agree with that statement more.
