Lovely place, practice and people.
Had a lovely Accupuncture facial with cupping and an LED light. I very rarely nap, but today I did! Woo hoo! Beautiful studio in Darien and Michelle was so sweet and very gentle. It was lovely to be on the receiving end of a treatment and was also a treat to be able to take a nap. I meant to take photos of her cute space, but I was a bit spacey (pun intended) when I left so I forgot. Next time …. To be continued
On March 10, I got to experience my first acupuncture and cupping session. Michelle is a phenomenal healer. I let go of so much stress that I was carrying. My muscles felt brand new after cupping, and the marks went away within 48 hours. My skin cleared up and I had the best sleep I could ever ask for. I cannot wait for my next session. Michelle's acupuncture has been life-changing.
