Neck issues, numbness in left arm/thumb when head was is a certain position - no pain just discomfort. A friend told me about Dr K, (the office is in an interesting location, light industrial complex) she is thorough, knowledgeable, and calm. She explained everything step by step. Acupuncture is new to me, felt some relief after the session - heading back next week.

Being in my 50s and having a very active youth, from material arts, BMX and working on a ranch I have let’s just say injuries. I don’t take pain meds and deeply believe in natural remedies. I’ve been getting acupuncture from Dr. Katrina for years and can honestly say with out her, I wouldn’t be able to move as well as I do. With talking to her and coming up with a treatment plan that I can still go and perform my job and hobbies with little to no pain. I can’t thank her enough for how much she has improved my way of life.
