Keith did exceptional work on my feet and reflexology. I really appreciate how clear his communication was. He helped me feel at ease and know what to expect, and he went above and beyond with some special touches.
Well deserved reputation as someone obsessed with the mechanics of massage, all the while tailoring your massage to what your muscles need, while not brutalizing your body.
I had gone to Keith for years with great service and results (5 stars for that time period). Something in the business recently changed, and he canceled my future appointments out of the blue with no reason given and blocked me from service. I tried contacting several times to understand the issues or misunderstandings. He's not available, and I still have no idea what happened.
Regular massages from Keith is what keeps me moving. He is a good listener as to what my concerns are and is able to relieve whatever aches may be going on. He is certainly a part of my health plan!
