Lovely team of people! I was recommended Intuitive Plumbing via my body corporate manager as I have had multiple plumbers attend my property to try and locate a leak with no luck. They organized access with the property below, sent me SMS updates of arrival times, found the leak and provided a report by the close of business that day with a successful outcome. They also provided a quote to fix the fault, they returned the following week and replaced faulty air conditioning drain pipe in the wall. 10/10!
Called them to install a gas cooktop. A guy called Codey installed it. He was so impatient and visibly frustrated the entire time. He couldn't figure out why the cooktop was not level. He said it was my benchtop, then said it was a manufacturing defect. I then called Electrolux service guy and he said there's nothing wrong with the unit. The guy didn't cut the cabinet properly, instead forced it making the unit permanently bent. The worst part is they charged extra for cutting the bench top. Buyer Beware! 2 jobs both very poor workmanship 1 was an absolute disaster where they returned the funds. Not sure how clients could give even close to 5 stars
Renovating the bathroom I needed some pipe work done, the work that was done was 10 out of 10, The quality of the work that was done when the house was built must have been done but a back yard hack, these guys did a fantastic job
After moving into our new house we found a gas leak that needed urgent attention. The team at intuitive plumbing made it their priority to help us in such a stressful time! They have since done a few jobs around the house for us and are always reliable, trustworthy and just great to work with! I recommend them to everyone! Thanks so much guys x
