Jonas has incredible empathy, as well as skill. He created a warm, nurturing environment, where I could genuinely relax and listen to what my body needed… I would highly recommend this practice. It was my first time, but definitely would recommend it to anyone who has unfinished business in their life they would like to make peace with.

Jonas holds a gentle and aware space for feeling, reflection, and release. He guides sessions with intuition and a spirit of collaboration as he asks insightful questions and listens with care. I didn’t know what was waiting to be healed, until it was. I’ve done various types of healing sessions in my life, but this one was different.
