My first visit was exceptional I found Bridget through a yoga studio in downtown Raleigh. her approach is whole body and thoughtful articulation of healing through her hands. if your body is in distress, you will find her therapeutic touch to be masterful.
Bridget does fantastic work- relaxed, responsive, respectful. Highly recommended when you need some relief from muscle tension or just stress!
The massage therapist was unpleasant to me, and even worse to my boyfriend. My experience: she asked me what I was there for, and I said relaxation, which was advertised on the website. She looked at me strange and seemed confused about what to do for the rest of the session. But I figured maybe I'd misunderstood her services, and she'd be friendlier to someone with physical pain. Bridget’s body work is unparalleled! I’ve had massages at 5 star hotels and they don’t compare to what Bridget can do. Over the past 9 months I’ve been seeing her pregnant, and in this 3rd trimester in particular, it’s the most relaxed I’m able to get and helped me get rid of the twinges of sciatica and lower back pain I was experiencing.
