Very relaxing atmosphere, very clean and professional.
Worst experience. I called them up for a cancellation and they didn’t answer. As they didn’t answer, I assumed that my appointment was on as I received multiple emails saying so. When I showed up, they canceled my appointment and the lady at front desk said that I should assume that my appointment was canceled because I called them up(nobody answered). As a courtesy, some sort of communication is GREATLY appreciated when an appointment is canceled. I don’t think it’s too much to ask for this.
My twin brother and I just got back from our massages with Carly and Trista, and we feel like we're floating. Everything was wonderful. The atmosphere, service, scents, literally top notch all around. This is definitely the best massage I've received locally. Can't wait to bring my husband soon. Thank you ladies!
