I had an awesome deep tissue massage with Trista today. She was super personable, the pressure was perfect, and I felt incredible afterwards. As someone who sits hunched over for work all day, you don't notice how badly you need a massage until you're getting one. I had a 45 min anti-stress massage with Naudia. I added hot stones to the massage. Naudia explained everything she planned and encouraged me to let her know if adjustments were needed. The spa atmosphere is bright. Scented candles smelled great (that could be an issue for those who don't like scents or have allergies). Carly was thoughtful and attentive with her pressure, always checking in to ensure my comfort. I left feeling loose, relaxed, and completely refreshed. Had an amazing 90-minute relaxation massage with Trista K at Intuition Spa & Wellness. I was able to book last-minute online (though that might not always be the case), and the place was super easy to find—right across from the Buffalo Niagara Events Center.
