I had an appointment booked for highlights and cut with Angelica. The day before the appt I confirmed. About an hour before my appointment I was sent a text from Angelica that asked if I could come in 1.5 hours later than my previously confirmed appt. I am understanding and said that was ok. After about another hour i got another text saying that her errands were taking longer than she expected and asked if I could push back the appt AGAIN by another hour.
