I have been going to Monica for years and referred people to her. She has helped me strengthen my body and be able to function with the pain I have had. She also teaches Melt and Yoga Classes at the Goshen Senior Center. Melt is fantastic and my body has benefited so much from this class. I have not taken the Yoga but many are.
