No management, terrible customer service – I booked both my bachelorette party and my wedding hair & makeup through this place. At first, I went through a quite overzealous spa director who could NOT keep my information straight, continually leaving me messages that I could upsell to other packages, or I needed to pay- she was quite clearly confusing me with other clients.
