Exceptional Service from Kenzie, A True Leader I don’t usually leave reviews, but our experience at this bank branch and specifically with the branch manager, Kenzie absolutely deserves recognition. The lobby was packed when we arrived, but Kenzie was calm, confident, and clearly in control. If you are aged and cannot speak English. Don’t go here. On this Saturday 03/02/2024, around 9:00 to 9:15 AM. No one helped my 69 years old Mom to fill out withdrawal sleeve (just the amount of money). She called me to ask me to talk to the bank teller, they still cannot do it. How is it so difficult to get help here! Only 300$. !!!!!!
