I'm seeing several toxic reviews. That's not been my experience. I've been banking with Intrust for years. All employees have been kind, friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them as a local bank vs "big box" banks. The drive through staff are always quick to offer a treat for my dog too! An extra bonus!
Terrible and very arrogant lady named Jennifer, their so-called manager there. Not a friendly person to deal with at all. Her customer service skills are not professional. She thinks she knows everything when she does not. I would not bank here for your life. Would not trust this woman with a nickel. Do not bank here, people!
They gave me the wrong account number. They did eventually give me the right one but nonetheless I was still putting money in the wrong account.
I use to be very pleased with them. New staff and new software have made this bank slow and unbearable. Can't even do what you ask with your money. Very sad.
