Mr Dasilva has placed a bad review on the wrong Intruder Alert company Intruder Alert Alarms llc Totowa does not have 5 or 10 year contracts and has never had Pierre Dasilva as a customer. Please disregard my only bad review in 27 years that was intended for a different company.
horrible horrible service- they NEVER answer the phone!! and when they call you back; there is no humanity on the other end, they are robots -their monitoring contract is for 5-10 years!!!! so if you are displeased or find a better deal, you are still locked in -their monitoring contract is a page full of fine print and completed one-sided (to their own benefit, of course) -in commercial applications: they charge you for the equipment, charge you for the installation, and somehow still own the equipment- you are still only l... read more
