I had a very disappointing experience when calling the psychology clinic’s reception. Throughout the conversation. Rather than listening and offering assistance, I felt rushed and spoken to in an abrupt manner. The lack of courtesy and empathy was upsetting, especially when contacting a psychology service where professionalism and compassion should be a priority. This experience left me feeling uncomfortable and reluctant to contact the clinic again.
Stav is an incredibly empathetic and attentive psychologist. From the very first session, I felt heard, supported, and understood. She listens deeply and creates a safe space that made it easy for me to open up. After just a few sessions, I noticed a real improvement in my condition and started seeing things more clearly. Her gentle guidance and insight have been truly life-changing. I'm so grateful to have found her.
Highly recommend Dr. John Lukies. He is just simply BRILLIANT! The lady's at reception are beautifully warm, helpful and very welcoming. Lovely calm environment, fresh and clean. Thank you team at Introspect Psychology!
