Amazing place! From the greetings with an amazing herbal tea, peaceful, elegant, clean waiting room area… I have not been in a salon in Truro in years because of several unhappy experiences at different locations, but it was my bday and wanted to have a scalp massage and treatment, found this place in google and because of the good reviews I gave it a shot… Totally passed my expectations, amazing in everything!!! I have had 2, 1/2 hour massage and they were absolutely wonderful! I will be rebooking !
I arrived for my 2:50pm appointment at 2:30 and called to let them know I had arrived, i waited outside for an hour and no one came out to let me in. I would understand 10-15 minutes past my appointment time if the stylist was running behind but a whole hour with no communication is un acceptable.
My wife suggested this place for my haircut so recently went in for a men's cut. It will be the first and last time at this establishment. The hairdresser that cut my hair did not know how to cut a very basic men's style haircut. After some trial and error, I was then told to apply the gel to my own hair to see if it was even. After a few more adjustments I was then told to go to the washroom to clean my hands off.
