I have a problem with Intrinsic lawn service not because I've hired them, but because I live next door to people who use them. THEY ARE VERY LOUD. One experience occurred in the fall when they came with at least three leaf blowers to rake my neighbor's yard. They worked for over an hour. My ears were ringing painfully. The pain lasted for 24 hours. When I went over to talk to the workers they gave me the number of the owner. I called him. The response was not helpful. "Get some headphones." After a Decade of Lawncare, Landscaping, & Snow removal, I couldn't be happier with the services they've helped me with. & also great knowing it's a Family run business, that contributions to the local community as well.

Is this suppose to be professional work? Seems no effort to clean up any of the dirt, if I recall during winter this company's employee plowed snow into sidewalk and crossing guard was shoveling to make a path. And the sidewalk wasn't that busted up

I spoke with Mike today about trying to squeeze in another parking space in our driveway, he was very polite & professional… I’ve been impressed on the crews timely plowing services this winter!

Very friendly staff, and highly responsive. Unfortunately there were three separate issues with their cutting service this year: 1.) They provided less service than we agreed to, but charged us the same amount (i.e., didn’t cut the entire lawn but kept charging the same price). After speaking with the office they did politely correct this - which was much appreciated. This didn’t give me back the time it took me to do that section on my own every week though.. 2.)
