Very friendly staff, and highly responsive. Unfortunately there were three separate issues with their cutting service this year: 1.) They provided less service than we agreed to, but charged us the same amount (i.e., didn’t cut the entire lawn but kept charging the same price). After speaking with the office they did politely correct this - which was much appreciated. This didn’t give me back the time it took me to do that section on my own every week though.. 2.) Hi just a quick note to say Intrinsic Property Services are a great Xi to deal with. Whether it be landscaping, lawn care, clean up snow removal just a nice reliable co to deal with. I’m sure they will meet your expectations, they sure meet mine. So they say a smile can change your day , well that always included also. Sometimes it can change your day. So if you need your lawn care or snow removal or grounds clean up give them a call you will not be disappointed. The entire team is wonderful.
Intrinsic added a lot of value for me in Rutland with a triplex i owned for 5 years.always got the snow and lawn taken care of.
Watch these guys like a hawk. Been a long time client of theirs but they will overcharge if given the opportunity as they did to me for years. I have finally had enough. I am pulling the plug after 5 years.
