Chris is a total GEM! I received a 90 min deep tissue massage with cupping. Session began with a postural assessment and thorough questionnaire to uncover my needs. The best body work you can get if you are active or doing anything athletic. Have been going there regularly and always feel great after a session. Chris is very thorough with his assessment and his recommendations and a great guy overall. Definitely a 100% recommend!
