I really appreciate Stephanie! She is knowledgeable and has a gift for caring for the whole person. She takes a holistic approach to healing, and is talented at her practice.
I absolutely love Stacy and the visceral manipulation sessions. I go see her about once every couple of months to endometriosis management and it is so helpful! It is relaxing, soothing, and provides lasting pain management for my symptoms. I highly recommend if there is anything that could use this type of treatment, especially any girlys with endometriosis.
Stacy is amazing. She is so smart and intuitive. She takes her time to listen before jumping into an approach and treatment. And she's great at explaining what she's evaluating in the body from a holistic perspective. Very grateful to have found her!
Traditional doctors took the "here, take these pills" approach to a very painful hiatal hernia. I thought there's got to be a better way. After a bit of science based research I found Stacy. After the first session most of my pain and spasms were gone. I had been coughing nonstop due to part of my stomach up in my chest cavity. This was greatly reduced to only a couple of fits a day. I just finished my second session. I truly believe Stacy is helping me to avoid surgery.
This is the first time I’ve had visceral manipulation work and Stacy was amazing, she’s very intuitive. She explained everything that she was doing while she worked on me. I was surprised to learn all the ways this can help and I’m feeling better already! I’ll definitely be doing more intrinsic work with Stacy.
