I’ve been seeing Kristie after being referred to pelvic floor therapy by my regular physio therapist. Chronic SI joint issues. Never would have thought this would help, but it truly does. It’s a great compliment to regular therapy and I have to admit, it’s quite evident when I’ve been neglecting my pelvic floor exercises. Thank you Kristie!

It was wonderful, all employees were amazing very friendly and made everything easy for the patient. My therapist took the time with me to go very slow and made me feel very comfortable. They also taught me other things to help me with other symptoms besides pain. I would 100% recommend this place for anyone struggling with pelvic pain!
I saw Elitza after injuring my hamstring. She is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cares. I feel like I’m set for success now moving forward and continuing to do the things I love.
