Cant return pieces, I never recieved.
Not a good place to go, very cheap always breaking, used to be a loyal customer till it came down to a refund issue on a weakly made ring.
No refunds even if you dont pick up the piece

First time going to this place and will never go back again. My girlfriend necklace got all black and took it back to get it cleaned and they said they couldn't with a receipt.. I don't know about anyone else but I don't save receipts especially after 5 months in buying it. I even showed them my bank where it shows the date I bought it and they said they can't go by that but yet they don't even keep receipts of people buying there items.
