This place is absolutely ridiculous. Do not take expensive watches to shoddy mall shops. I took 3 watches in for new batteries, paid $130 tax and all for the service. A week later my invicta reserve bolt just stopped. I’m thinking they installed a bad battery. Took it back and they offered to replace the battery and upon doing that told me the watch movement is damaged. Isaac is very quick and precise. Whenever I need batteries, strap repairs etc I always stop by intrigue jewelers because it takes 10-15 minutes and I can just wander around and then I can go on with my day. 10/10
