I called ahead short notice. I needed shampoo and conditioner for synthetic fibers that day, and the lady knew exactly what I needed and had it waiting for me at the register by the time I arrived in less than an hour nearly in tears. I'm new to wigs, having finally lost all my hair to 5+ years of metastatic breast cancer treatment, but she was fabulous at answering my questions.
