Expressedly a show of appreciation to Eric in making a long overdue upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 11 an easier and less stressful process. I have high anxiety when it comes to technology and computers and I procrastinated for years to make a change. Zach worked on my computer and helped me with extra things like which gpu to get and helped remove some pop ups that were unnecessary. If you go here, try to get Zach to help with your problems. He is extremely helpful.
I started having a problem with my gaming PC hard crashing launching specific games, and determined I needed a new PSU. I purchased one from Best Buy and on installation my PC was powering up for all of one second before shutting down. I called Geek Squad first to see if they could help test the part, but I ew as clearly routed to a call center who didnt understand my issue and only wanted to schedule an appointment.
