The salesperson behind the counter knew exactly which USB cable I needed for a Dell Docking Station and got me an adequate wired keyboard for under $15.00. Hope they stay in business forever! The world needs more places where you can get something fixed now to keep working.
My eight-year old Intrex-built desktop computer failed to boot in 2024, its first failure since purchased in 2016. Took it to the Raleigh store. Diagnosis was free, and they found the problem quickly, a bad RAM module. Replaced it for $50 and it was back in service. Great store and staff. Many thanks.
