I went there for the first time and it was around noon. There were many customers holding lap tops and older like me. There were as expected old person problems and the staff was very patient. I liked what I saw. Mine was a really heavy full tower computer that had boot up problems and shutting off for no reason. They said it would be a while for them to diagnose mine. My toddler twins and I stopped by for a diagnosis on my laptop and it was such a quick and easy process! Quick diagnosis, clear, upfront pricing for the fix, and excellent customer service. My boys didn't even have time to make a fuss or get fidgety
This place was amazing!! I have been sitting on this issue with my laptop and I finally went in. I wish I got his name but he was extremely nice, explained the issue well, and even explained how to fix it should it happen again. Never again shall I fear going in to get my laptop looked at:)
