I came in with an issue I did not understand. It was explained to me and my laptop was fixed promptly! Very knowledgeable and kind staff. Also, they aren't patronizing to luddites like me :)
Went in today on a whim because one of the keys popped off my keyboard. Employees inside were incredibly helpful and were able to get it reattached without issue. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Will definitely be back!
Why would you sell me a DVD Windows 11 installation knowing new PCs don't have a way to run DVDs? Didn't fully inform me on what I was buying and knew I was building a PC for the first time..
I absolutely recommend coming here for any computer issues or having hardware put in to your computer. I came in with a big request and not only did Curtis listen to me but as he was writing it up he made sure to triple check what he was putting down to be done was correct. Everyone that works there is really nice and treat customers with respect.
