I called about his trouble breathing and that he had fallen 10 hours ago. I still haven't had a call back. I guess they don't even care if he was injured in the fall. Heartless and Cruel.. we will be praying for all your patients to switch like Weare first thing in the morning. It's truly disgusting to be so uncaring
