Intrepid is fantastic! My two sons take the kids classes and they get a great work out in a positive and welcoming environment! The owner Ryan is accommodating and flexible with the schedule.
This place has become a second family . Not knowing about these types of work, a very opening and welcome people helped me get stronger and find a better me . Come and join us!
Along with the amazing strength and conditioning programming here, you will also find a truly dedicated member community that enjoys pushing each other to be our best. The coaches here are all top notch. This is the best gym around.
Intrepid Strength and Conditioning has been great!!!. I was always a fit guy and trained constantly. But moving to intrepid from your basic gym, has shown me how leveled off I had become. Intrepid is pushing me to level UP, like I hadn’t since any of my academy and boot camp days. The workouts and family atmosphere are just what I was lacking in my daily habits.
