Been training for 20+ years with detailed physiology and kinesiology knowledge (I'm a sport medicine doctor). Decided to try a program with Jake to give my brain a break. Can't believe the results. He exploited areas I had undertrained, shortened my time in gym, and managed to grow my strength in all big lifts. Snowboarding agility and power levelled up as well. Time well spent with Jake. Already looking forward to another training block after cycling season.
Thanks for all your help, Jake. I continue to use some of your techniques on a daily basis. Your expertise pre- and post-surgery have me skiing strong and enjoying a newfound youth! Best!
I can't say enough good things about Intrepid Performance and having Jake as my trainer. I have seen great results in terms of increased strength both in the gym and while doing the other sports I love. Jake is a great motivator and very supportive coach.
Jake is the best! He designs great program and is able to deliver his knowledge in a funny and kind way.
