Love everything but the front desk registration is a little slow sometimes. Dr Benedict is thorough and pleasant.
I am so much surprised that executive assistant manager for the clinic doesn’t have any basic of manner these people needs to teach them how to do interviews with candit no greeting no polite or even respectful way of speaking lam well shock!!!!
An overall good experience. Quick and thorough. The reception staff, nurses and Dr.Benedict were very professional and extremely pleasant. Lucky to have this place in the community.
Dr. Benedict is a great doctor very professional, listens well, and genuinely cares about his patients. Highly recommend.
My usual clinic never encountered issues until I told a Dr I won’t name that I went to another doctor and felt dismissed, this word seemed to trigger this doctor and began to act extremely condescending while invalidating my concerns, I was checked, no virus tests, x-ray or blood and left with a vague answer to what I could be experiencing ‘could be something like COVID’ 24 hours later I ended up in the emergency and the Doctors were horrified at the negligence and feedback from said male doctor.
