I had a very bad experience at BloodWorks during my recent visit. The person who took my blood seemed to be under training and did not appear to know the proper procedure. The blood draw was done incorrectly, and I lost more blood than usual. Because of this, my nerve became swollen and painful afterward. This was very concerning and unprofessional. I had a very disappointing and concerning experience with Dr. Benedict. Although he diagnosed my condition correctly, he prescribed antibiotics that were later questioned by both an ER doctor and a pharmacist during a follow-up emergency visit. They expressed confusion as to why that medication was chosen, as it was not an appropriate first-line option. Aside from that, Dr Benedict was harsh and dismissive during the appointment. Phenomenal and quick service! First time patient and I was greeted with such kind smiles. Friendly staff and reception workers. Came in for blood work, ADELLA was patient and so quick I felt not a pinch!
