Dr. Ilaye Doumu and reception staff are very on-time and professional, I am completely satisfied of their medical services.
I recently started seeing Dr. Shah as my family doctor, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. She is incredibly kind, patient, and truly takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. It’s refreshing to have a doctor who makes you feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. The front desk staff is just as amazing—they’re warm, welcoming, and very efficient. Scheduling is easy, check-in is quick, and they’re always helpful with any questions. Overall, a wonderful office with great people. Highly recommend!
Ridiculous service , you can never reach them by phone. I booked a phone appointment with the doctor today at 11:40 AM, and now it's 4:00 PM and I still haven’t received a call. I called in the afternoon to ask why I never got the call for my appointment, and they said the doctor is busy and will call me back. It’s now 4:00 PM, and I’ve called three times. Every time, I get stuck on the automated machine for at least 10 minutes, only for it to say that it “takes messages, call during opening hours.” Their website says the cl... read more
