1/5 Stars – Terrible communication, unpredictable hours, and extremely rude service Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. Trying to reach or even locate Intrepid Medical Centre is needlessly frustrating—their phone system is overly complicated, their website is confusing, and emails go unanswered long after they matter. To make matters worse, their listing on Apple Maps is completely wrong and directs you to the plaza with M.T. Bellies, when they are actually in the plaza next to Starbucks. Have waited for four years for a doctor, and Dr. Richardson has been well worth the wait.! He’s very professional, and yet treats you as person, and not just a patient. Understand why I can only present with one problem at a time as there are sooo many patients. The office staff are wonderful and make you feel welcome. Can’t think of one negative thing to mention.
