Great gym with knowledgeable coaches and a friendly culture. In addition to regular CrossFit training they offer fitness challenges and 1:1 coaching to help you reach your individual goals. I recently participated in a healthy steps nutrition challenge to kick off the new year and learned some great tips on eating healthy and goal setting.
This is a wonderful gym with terrific coaches! Highly recommend!
