WE USED THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THE HOUSE WE PURCHASED ALREADY HAD THE DEVICES INSTALLED. THEY GAVE A GOOD SALE SPELL AND SENT US A LONG CONTRACT TO SIGN ELECTRICALLY. WE’VE HAD SEVERAL SECURITY SERVICES IN THE PAST AND THIS LOOKED LIKE A STANDARD CONTRACT. WELL GUESS WHAT, BURIED IN FINE PRINT WAY DOWN THE IN THE MIDDLE IS THE VERBIAGE THAT YOU ARE SIGNING UP FOR A 5 YEARS AND IF YOU TRY TO CANCEL, YOU‘LL HAVE TO PAY 90% OF THE ENTIRE CONTRACT. The entire team is prompt, friendly, helpful, and take the security of your property seriously. Robin Sedler responded to my email and made the changes I requested on my account on the same day. With all the things I have to worry about, intaworks makes sure security isn't one of them:)
Great system and techs but holy cow, the business aspect of this company is incompetent. It took two years to finish out our contract; random people call for collection and they attach random charges. Does anyone actually know what they're are doing in that office?
