Beware of this shonky outfit. Purely dollar driven and have zero regard for customer experience or welfare. We bought land from intrapac and the footpath and crossover were provided as part of purchase. After less than a year the crossover is riddled with cracks. Our structural consultant stated the root cause is that the concrete is not thick enough by Australian standard.. Intrapac do not want to know about it even though they are responsible as the developer. We were fobbed off to repair at our own cost.
Bought land off Intrapac in Banyan Hill in Cumbalum NSW. Greedy p***** deliberately delayed the settlement of land so they can re-subdivide and charge more, leaving me out of pocket costs for nothing. They should be criminally charged for fraud.
Extremely rude and unprofessional cmpany who hire receptionist like Jasmine who hang up on you. Greedy corporation run by people who will stop at nothing to get their way.
